What we lack in size at Elite, we make up for in people like Carley, our proactive, resourceful, office assistant who is always ready to jump in where it counts. As we grow, we’re looking for more team members who bring multiple talents and, more importantly, the right heart for this work. Carley studied marketing at Sacramento State, and she plans on sharing her knowledge with the company in capacities that go beyond only being a clinical assistant.
While she is excited to help build Elite into the preeminent home health agency in Northern California, her real motivation for joining us runs much deeper. She adores her grandparents and wanted to learn more about an industry that, sadly, she knows she’ll probably need to understand better sooner than she’d like. Her family includes several nurses, but here’s what struck me most—and this is a direct quote: “I would trust my grandparents with Elite’s medical staff more than one of the nurses in my family.”
Think about that for a moment. That’s not just confidence in our services. That’s someone who understands the weight of trust families place in eldercare providers. On her grandmother’s side, Carley is the first child and grandchild to receive a college degree. This tells me everything I need to know about her drive and focus when it comes to pursuing something she’s passionate about.
Beyond her qualifications, Carley represents something bigger. She’s a reminder that eldercare isn’t just about providing services—it’s about honoring the people who shaped us. When I look at Carley, I see someone who gets that our residents aren’t just clients. They’re someone’s beloved family member, just like hers.
Carley doesn’t just fill a role—she elevates it. She is, without question, a personification of our company’s future.
We aim for zero deficiencies. Owned by founders who are clinical professionals, we have intentionally aligned ourselves with staff who believe in this fundamental approach to the Quality of Care.
