Founded in 2017 by a mother with over 30+ years of in-hospital and home health experience—and a son with a passion for building meaningful ventures—Elite Health Care began as a family mission to restore dignity and excellence to home-based care in Northern California.
The mother, a dedicated nurse who raised four sons through grit, compassion, and a tireless work ethic, had long dreamed of elevating the care she knew patients deserved. Her son, one of the few in a family of nurses and doctors who didn’t go into healthcare, saw a chance to help her lead in a space she had poured her life into—one that had not only shaped their family but also paid for every backpack, every tuition, every milestone.
Today, as the son raises two kids of his own and his mother thrives in full-on grandma mode, their shared mission is simple but bold: to build an agency where quality care isn’t just a buzzword—it’s the standard.
At Elite, we believe patients deserve choice. We’ve seen firsthand how easy it is for systems to treat people like paperwork. But when it’s your mother, your child, your loved one needing help—that’s when the importance of patient choice becomes painfully clear.
