Our In-Home Health Care is ideal for patients who need to be seen by a Therapist one or more times per week and for people who would benefit from the personal attention of a Nurse, Home Health Aide, or Medical Social Worker.

  • Assists and re-trains patients that have lost function due to stroke, Parkinson's, severe arthritis, or other physical challenges

  • Activities assessment & planning

  • Energy conservation techniques

  • Recommends adaptive equipment

  • Teaches compensation for losses of sensation & vision

  • Specific rehabilitation to improve function & ameliorate pain in specific areas such as the hand
